| Alison Grundy - Director Alison joined SureMove Property Lawyers in 2006, qualifying as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2011. In 2018 Alison became a Director of SureMove. With a wealth of experience Alison deals with many residential property matters to include, sales, purchases, re-mortgages, equity releases and transfer of equity whether they relate to freehold or leasehold. She has a vast amount of experience in purchasing new build properties and the equity share schemes that are available to purchasers and provided by the government. Alison has built many solid working relationships with developers and estate agents, both locally and further afield. We adopt a client friendly service which means that the transactions can be dealt with via telephone, email, post ort face to face. Outside work Alison enjoys music and is a member of a female choir. |
