LEGAL CASHIER

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Cashier at SureMove Property Lawyers in Bourne. As a Legal Cashier, you will be responsible for handling financial transactions, including processing client payments, managing invoices, and maintaining accurate financial records. You will also assist with general administrative tasks and provide support to the conveyancing team.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a similar role as a Legal Cashier
  • Knowledge of legal accounting procedures and regulations
  • Proficiency in using accounting software and other relevant tools
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent numerical and mathematical skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks

CONVEYANCING ASSISTANT

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Conveyancing Assistant at SureMove Property Lawyers in Bourne. The Conveyancing Assistant will be responsible for assisting with all legal aspects of selling, buying, remortgaging, and transferring property. The day-to-day tasks will include supporting the conveyancing team, liaising with clients and solicitors, drafting legal documents, conducting property searches, and providing administrative support.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of conveyancing processes and legal aspects of property transactions
  • Experience in drafting legal documents and conducting property searches
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Proficiency in using conveyancing software and technology
  • Previous experience in a similar role or conveyancing qualifications are desirable
